TODAY

 Today in class we each used our imagination to create harmonies with our fellow students. It was interesting because there was no planning, it was all improvisation. We connected through our rhythm. We played off of each others energies. This created harmony.

Objective: To create harmony between students with limited resources.
 

Concept: Harmony, rhythm and improvisation
 

Activity: have students pick instruments or create their own and have them work together to create music, rhythm, and harmonies.
 

Materials: interments that are available or the students can create their own
        -drums, flutes, etc
Math for counting
physics for pitch
 

Assessment: was noise made? were the students enthusiastic? were they creative? how many different noises were made? assignment—> play a certain number of beats they have to count them out loud
